1. General Provisions<\/h2>\n

1.1. These terms govern the procedure for collecting goods after the customer has concluded a purchase agreement with SIA DIAVERS.<\/p>\n

1.2. The goods are handed over from the warehouses of SIA DIAVERS cooperation partners, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in the specific case.<\/p>\n

1.3. SIA DIAVERS does not itself deliver goods, does not arrange the transportation of goods and does not charge the customer for delivery, transportation, forwarding or logistics services.<\/p>\n

1.4. The customer is responsible for collecting the goods from the specified cooperation partner warehouse and, if necessary, arranges the transportation of the goods independently.<\/p>\n

1.5. Upon request, SIA DIAVERS may provide the customer with contact information of logistics or transport service providers. The provision of such information shall not be considered a delivery, transportation, forwarding or logistics service provided by SIA DIAVERS.<\/p>\n

1.6. If the customer uses logistics or transport service providers, the customer contacts the respective service provider directly and independently agrees on the price, deadlines, the loading and unloading procedure, liability and other terms of the service.<\/p>\n

1.7. SIA DIAVERS is not liable for the actions or omissions of a logistics or transport service provider, delivery deadlines, damage caused during transportation or other circumstances arising after the goods have been handed over to the customer, to a person authorised by the customer or to a transport service provider engaged by the customer and acting on behalf of the customer, unless regulatory enactments provide otherwise. This provision does not limit the right of the customer to contact SIA DIAVERS in cases where the goods did not conform to the terms of the purchase agreement already before the handover.<\/p>\n

2. Collection of the Goods<\/h2>\n

2.1. The customer collects the goods in person by arriving at the cooperation partner warehouse specified by SIA DIAVERS, or authorises another person to collect the goods on behalf of the customer.<\/p>\n

2.2. The specific warehouse address, the collection time, the order identification information and, if necessary, the contact person shall be agreed between the customer and SIA DIAVERS after the conclusion of the purchase agreement.<\/p>\n

2.3. Upon receiving the goods, the customer must, insofar as objectively possible at the moment of collection, check the quantity and completeness of the goods and the presence of visible external damage.<\/p>\n

2.4. If visible damage, a quantity discrepancy or an obvious non-conformity with the order is found, the customer must immediately inform SIA DIAVERS and, if possible, record the damage or non-conformity in photographs and in the handover documents.<\/p>\n

2.5. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer at the moment when the customer, a person authorised by the customer or a transport service provider engaged by the customer and acting on behalf of the customer has received the goods from the warehouse, unless regulatory enactments provide otherwise.<\/p>\n

2.6. These terms do not limit the consumer rights established in regulatory enactments to submit a claim regarding the non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the agreement.<\/p>\n
