In matters concerning the processing of personal data, the customer may contact us by writing to the e-mail address: veikals@diavers.eu.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Personal Data Processed and Its Purpose<\/h2>\n<p>2.1. SIA DIAVERS processes personal data provided by the customer when submitting a reservation request, contacting SIA DIAVERS or concluding a purchase agreement in person at the SIA DIAVERS office.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. The following data are processed: first name, surname or company name, telephone number, e-mail address, the information provided in the reservation request, as well as the information necessary for preparing the purchase agreement, coordinating the handover of the goods and fulfilling the obligations laid down in regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<p>2.3. The purposes of processing personal data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>administration of the reservation request and communication with the customer;<\/li>\n<li>preparation and performance of the purchase agreement;<\/li>\n<li>coordination of the goods handover information with the customer;<\/li>\n<li>upon the customer request \u2014 provision of contact information of logistics or transport service providers;<\/li>\n<li>fulfilment of the obligations laid down in regulatory enactments, including accounting requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Legal Basis for Processing<\/h2>\n<p>3.1. Personal data are processed on the basis of the performance of a contract or measures taken prior to concluding a contract, on the basis of the customer consent, as well as for the fulfilment of the legal obligations of SIA DIAVERS.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Data Storage<\/h2>\n<p>4.1. Personal data are stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or as required by regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<p>4.2. Accounting-related data are stored for the period specified in regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<p>4.3. Data related to reservation requests are stored for as long as necessary for processing the reservation, communicating with the customer and resolving possible mutual matters. If a reservation is not converted into a purchase agreement, the data are stored only for a reasonable period, taking into account the purpose of processing and the legitimate interests of SIA DIAVERS.<\/p>\n<p>4.4. Data related to concluded purchase agreements, payments and accounting documents are stored for the period specified in regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Data Transfer<\/h2>\n<p>5.1. Personal data may be transferred to SIA DIAVERS cooperation partners, including warehouses involved in the handover of goods or suppliers of goods, accounting service providers, information technology service providers and other persons only to the extent necessary for processing the reservation request, preparing or performing the purchase agreement, coordinating the handover of the goods or fulfilling the obligations laid down in regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<p>5.2. SIA DIAVERS does not transfer customer personal data to logistics or transport service providers, except where the customer has expressly requested this or where such transfer is necessary for the fulfilment of an obligation laid down in regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<p>5.3. Personal data are not transferred to third parties for other purposes, except in the cases specified in these terms and in regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Customer Rights<\/h2>\n<p>6.1. The customer has the right to access their personal data, request their rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, as well as withdraw consent where the processing of personal data is based on consent, in accordance with the procedure laid down in regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<p>6.2. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) if the customer considers that the processing of their personal data infringes regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Applicable Regulation<\/h2>\n<p>7.1. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Processing Law of Latvia and other applicable regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<p><em>Effective from 3 July 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
