General Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>1.1. On the SIA DIAVERS website it is only possible to submit a goods reservation request. No sale of goods takes place on the website, no payment for goods is accepted and no purchase agreement is concluded.<\/p>\n<p>1.2. The information about goods published on the website, their descriptions, images, prices and availability are informative. Product images are illustrative, and the shade, texture, packaging or visual appearance of the goods may differ from the image shown on the website.<\/p>\n<p>1.3. Submitting a reservation request shall not be considered a purchase of goods or the conclusion of a purchase agreement.<\/p>\n<p>1.4. A purchase agreement between the customer and SIA DIAVERS is concluded only in person at the SIA DIAVERS office, with the customer arriving at the office, examining the goods, their sample, technical information or other essential information about the goods and making a decision on the purchase.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Reservation Request<\/h2>\n<p>2.1. The customer selects the goods of interest and submits a reservation request.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. Before sending the reservation request, the customer is clearly informed that submitting a reservation request is not a purchase of goods and does not create an obligation to conclude a purchase agreement.<\/p>\n<p>2.3. After receiving the reservation request, SIA DIAVERS checks the availability of the goods and contacts the customer.<\/p>\n<p>2.4. The goods are reserved for the customer only after confirmation by SIA DIAVERS.<\/p>\n<p>2.5. The reservation is kept for 3 (three) working days, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>2.6. If the customer does not arrive within the reservation period, the reservation is cancelled automatically.<\/p>\n<p>2.7. SIA DIAVERS has the right not to confirm or to cancel a reservation request if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the goods are not available;<\/li>\n<li>a technical error has been identified;<\/li>\n<li>the supplier terms have changed;<\/li>\n<li>an obviously erroneous price has been indicated;<\/li>\n<li>there are other objective circumstances that prevent the fulfilment of the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.8. Submitting a reservation request does not create an obligation for the customer or SIA DIAVERS to conclude a purchase agreement.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement<\/h2>\n<p>3.1. The purchase agreement is concluded only at the SIA DIAVERS office.<\/p>\n<p>3.2. Before concluding the purchase, the customer has the opportunity to examine the goods, their sample, colour palette, technical information, manufacturer documentation or other essential information about the goods.<\/p>\n<p>3.3. The customer makes the decision on the purchase independently after examining the goods, their sample, colour palette, technical information, manufacturer documentation or other essential information about the goods.<\/p>\n<p>3.4. Payment for the goods is made at the SIA DIAVERS office in cash or by payment card. For natural persons, payment is made only after the conclusion of the purchase agreement in person at the SIA DIAVERS office. For legal persons and economic operators, payment may, by agreement, also be made on the basis of a previously prepared invoice.<\/p>\n<p>3.5. Until the conclusion of the purchase agreement, the customer has the right to withdraw from the reservation at any time without any obligations.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Prices and Availability of Goods<\/h2>\n<p>4.1. Prices and availability of goods may be clarified until the confirmation of the reservation. After the reservation has been confirmed, the confirmed price is not changed unilaterally.<\/p>\n<p>4.2. If an obvious technical error is identified in the price, description or availability of the goods, SIA DIAVERS informs the customer thereof before confirming the reservation.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Consumers and Legal Persons<\/h2>\n<p>5.1. Natural persons who purchase goods for personal needs are subject to the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia in the field of consumer rights.<\/p>\n<p>5.2. Legal persons and economic operators are subject to the provisions of the Civil Law of Latvia (Civillikums) and other regulatory enactments, unless provided otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>5.3. If the purchased goods do not conform to the terms of the agreement, the customer has the right to submit a claim in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia (Pat\u0113r\u0113t\u0101ju ties\u012bbu aizsardz\u012bbas likums) and other applicable regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Product Information and Suitability<\/h2>\n<p>6.1. The customer is aware that the suitability of the goods for a specific building, roof structure, slope, roof details, climatic conditions and installation method must be assessed individually.<\/p>\n<p>6.2. SIA DIAVERS may provide general information about the goods, however, the correct installation and use of the goods must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer instructions, the project, building regulations and the technical conditions of the specific building.<\/p>\n<p><em>Effective from 3 July 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
